Micro-blogging site Twitter is now trying to fix an issue where some users have trouble signing in to their accounts.
In a blog post Monday morning (PHL time), Twitter said its engineering team is working on the problem but did not give further detaisl.
"Some users are currently having trouble signing in to Twitter. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this," it said.
Some users could not log out of their accounts as of early Monday.
A separate report on The Verge said Tweetdeck is showing all tweets as a year old.
The Verge said Twitter's official Android app is "kicking users out of their accounts, blocking their progress with an error when they try to log back in."
"Twitter's mobile website also appears affected by whatever issue is affecting the service, loading only a blank white page, while the Twitter-owned Tweetdeck client is reporting that every new tweet is more than 365 days old," it added.
But it said Twitter's desktop web client and iOS app appear to be working normally. — Joel Locsin/TJD, GMA News
